Riverhounds Academy Programs 2009 - 2010
The Riverhounds Academy has a tiered structure that promotes the development of our players depending on an individuals skill level and age. As a program, the journey for a player begins at an age early as five and continues right up to the U15 Age group. The training groups are instructed by current Riverhound professional players and coaches, and as instructors we really believe in showing the children the correct methods of performing each technical aspect of the game.
We aim to offer the following throughout the Academy experience:
- To develop players in a professional environment
- Offer an experience that pushes each individual player to reach there potential as a player
- Coaches that are available to answer questions, share experiences, and show/demonstrate the technical side of the game
- Create an environement where the Academy players enjoy the game!
As we progress into the Winter of 2010 the following group will be offered:
- ACADEMY ELITE TEAMS:- U8 - U15 Boys and Girls
2. ACADEMY RESERVE POOLS:- U8 - U15 Boys and Girls
3. FUTURE HOUNDS:- U5 - U7 Boys and Girls
4. GOALKEEPER ACADEMY - U10 - U16 Boys and Girls
