Please use the following guidlines when submitting a donation request. The Riverhounds ask that the request be submitted in writing at least six weeks in advance of the event. Written requests must be submitted on the organization’s official letterhead and include:

• Organization’s name, address, and non-profit tax ID number
• Contact name, mailing address and phone number
• Type of event/program
• Day, Date, Time of event
• Location of event
• Who/what is benefiting from the funds raised

Please be aware that we attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible and cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met. Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we face the unfortunate task of making decisions and allocating resources responsibly and are only able to assist organizations once a calendar year.
