Pittsburgh, PA - Match Day 2, the Riverhounds will travel to South Carolina this weekend to compete against the Charleston Battery on Saturday, for the Battery’s home opener. Kick-Off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the beautiful Blackbaud Stadium.

The Riverhounds look to carry the momentum into the weekend after receiving an away point from a scoreless draw against the Real Maryland Monarchs this past weekend. Riverhounds goalkeeper, Hunter Gilstrap made a few spectacular saves in the match to secure the point on the road. Gilstrap’s performance, coupled with the defensive prowess of outside back, Jason Kutney landed each of the veterans on the USL-2 team of the week.
