Pittsburgh, PA - The Riverhounds (1-3-3) are in the middle of a three game road stretch and travel to Rockville, Maryland to battle against the Monarchs (2-3-4).  The match will be played at Richard Montgomery Stadium on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

The Monarchs and Riverhounds last met on opening night of the season, resulting in a scoreless draw.  Since the last meeting between the two Clubs, each side has had some disappointing results and is looking to improve in the win column.

The Riverhounds are coming off their first win of the season last weekend over the defending USL-2 Champions, the Richmond Kickers (3-2-3).  The Hounds have picked up the offensive production in their last two matches and will carry the momentum into Maryland.

On the other side of the pitch, the Monarchs are coming off of a 2-2 draw against the Charleston Battery (6-1-2). The Monarchs defense has been solid and will be difficult to crack as they play very direct and maintain quality shape all over the field.
