RIVERHOUNDS CONCLUDE HOUSTON PRESEASON TRIP WITH 2-3 LOSS TO HOUSTON BAPTIST UNIVERSITY

The Pittsburgh Riverhounds completed a two-week preseason trip to Houston today with a 2-3 loss to Houston Baptist University.  The Hounds kept the lead for most of the game with a pair of goals scored by Kevin Kerr.  It wasn't until the last minute of the game that Houston Baptist took the lead.

"It has been a physically demanding week for the players and it showed in the second half," said Head Coach Justin Evans.  "But this is why we have preseason games.  We have learned a lot from this game."

The Riverhounds will return to Pittsburgh tomorrow and continue their preseason schedule.
