RIVERHOUNDS DEFEAT PITT 2-0

PITTSBURGH, March 18- The Pittsburgh Riverhounds defeated University of Pittsburgh Men's Soccer Team on Tuesday evening at Highmark Stadium. 

The starting lineup included Hunter Gilstrap, Sterling Flunder, Andrew Marshall, Brian Fekete, Dan Earls, Seth C'deBaca, Rob Vincent, Michael Green, Matt Dallman, Jhonny Arteaga, and Mike Seth. 

 

After a scoreless first half, the Riverhounds were first to strike as Rob Vincent scored just inside the penalty area in the 61st minute. 

 

Alfonso Motagalvan and Miro Cabrilo were subbed in for Mike Green and Mike Seth in the 63rd minute. 

 

In the 70th minute, the scored remained 1-0 as the Riverhounds were continuing to push forward with numbers in the attack. 

 

Niko Katic joined the game in the 78th minute as Jhonny Arteaga came off the field. 

 

Katic quickly assisted Seth C'deBaca in the Riverhounds second goal in the 81st minute of the game. 

 

The Riverhounds defeated Pitt 2-0.
