Bio:
Justin Evans was named to the USL-2’s All-League Second Team for 2008. He scored four goals and chipped in with 2 assists for a total of 10-points; second only in goals and points to "Boyzzz" Khumalo. He logged 1,194 minutes in 15 of the Hounds’ 20 regular season games.

Previously, Justin spent time with Major League Soccer’s San Jose Earthquakes, Chicago Fire and Dallas Burn. Evans, a native of Peters Township and a standout at Penn State University was actually the first player ever signed by Pittsburgh’s pro soccer franchise in 1999, the team’s inaugural year. After his first stint in Pittsburgh, Evans played in Poland’s First Division. He jumped between MLS, Europe, and the USL’s former A-League (now the USL First Division) spending time with the Riverhounds and the Charleston Battery. Evans also played indoor soccer for Cleveland, and most recently, Kansas City.
