Mouhamed Dabo returns to the Hounds for the 2019 campaign.
In 2018, Dabo led the club with 80 tackles during his first season in Black and Gold. Anchoring the holding midfield, he started 19 of his 24 games played. Against the Tampa Bay Rowdies on Aug. 22, 2018, at Highmark Stadium, he scored his first career professional goal – his lone tally on the season.
Then known as the Harrisburg City Islanders, Dabo played two seasons for Penn FC from 2016-17. In 2017, he led the team with 78 interceptions and started each one of his 21 appearances. During the 2016 campaign, the midfielder helped the squad win its first and only Keystone Derby Cup. He also logged 21 games played during his rookie season. Dabo made his professional debut on April 2, 2016, recording 21 minutes against the Charlotte Independence.
Before commencing his professional career in the USL Championship, Dabo had a three-year stint in the Italian Inter Milan youth system from 2013-15.
A native of Senegal, Dabo amassed five caps and one goal for the Senegal U-17 National Team in 2013.
