Parking & Stadium Maps
Use the parking map before leaving home, then reference the updated seating map to find your gate, section or suite.
Parking & Transit
The West Stadium Lot sits beneath the Fort Pitt Bridge. Additional paid lots and the Station Square garage are located within walking distance.
- West Lot prepaid parking is limited
- Parking rates are subject to change
- Station Square is served by light rail, bus and the Monongahela Incline

The updated map includes grandstand sections, riverside seating, general admission, premium suites and both stadium entrances.

A
Accessibility
An accessible drop-off zone is available at both the West and East Gate entrances. After drop-off, drivers will be directed to one of the surrounding parking areas.
F.N.B. Stadium offers accommodations for guests with disabilities, including an elevator inside the main building.

For guest safety, sitting or standing in aisles, at rails, on ramps or in stairways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Standing on seats is also prohibited.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcohol sales begin when gates open and continue until the 80th minute. Outside alcohol is not permitted, and alcoholic beverages may not leave the stadium.
- Guests must be at least 21 and present a valid ID.
- There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per purchase.
- Management may refuse service to any guest.
ATMs
ATMs are located outside both the West and East Gates.

Bag Policy
Guests are encouraged to avoid bringing bags. Permitted bags include:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12" × 6" × 12"
- One-gallon clear freezer bags
- Small clutch bags approximately 4.5" × 6.5"
- Diaper bags and medically necessary bags after inspection
- Seat cushions no wider than 16", with no arms or pockets
Backpacks, coolers, briefcases, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, computer bags, camera bags and other oversized bags are prohibited.

Baby changing stations are available in all family restrooms, including locations under Sections 104 and 105, on the ground floor of the main building and in the Club section.
Banners, Signs & Flags
Banners, signs and flags are permitted, though some may be restricted to the designated supporters section. Stadium management may remove any item at its discretion.
- Must not obstruct another guest’s view
- May not include obscene or offensive language, images or symbols
- Must be relevant to the event
- May not create a safety hazard
Banquet & Conference Rentals
The upstairs banquet space offers approximately 3,966 square feet, an outdoor terrace and a balcony overlooking the field, with a maximum occupancy of approximately 200–225 guests.
A separate conference space seats up to 15 and includes a presentation television and kitchenette. A four-hour minimum applies.
Box Office
The main box office is on the west side of F.N.B. Stadium near the Fort Pitt Bridge. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. On match days, hours may be extended.

Birthday Announcements
Birthday announcement requests must be submitted at least three days before the match through your Riverhounds or Riveters sales representative.

Cameras & Video Recorders
Personal-use cameras and video recorders are welcome. Hard-sided camera cases are not permitted, and lenses must be less than six inches in length and non-removable.
- Tripods and monopods are restricted to credentialed photographers and team staff.
- Guests may not block aisles or obstruct another guest’s view.
- Live streaming or transmitting live match audio or video is prohibited without approval.
Code of Conduct
Riverhounds SC is committed to a safe, welcoming and family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to support their team respectfully, follow staff instructions, return balls that leave the field and consume alcohol responsibly.
Fighting, throwing objects, attempting to enter the field, discriminatory language and other disorderly conduct may result in ejection, banishment or arrest.
Concessions
Sodexo Live! operates concessions throughout F.N.B. Stadium. The Pub is located in the main building, with additional stands behind Sections 101 and 103 and near the East Gate behind the supporters section.
All in-stadium vendors are cashless.
Credit Cards
F.N.B. Stadium concessions are cashless. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted at concessions, the team store and the box office.

Derogatory Language
Harassment and derogatory language are not tolerated. Guests should immediately report offensive or discriminatory language to the nearest F.N.B. Stadium team member.

Emergency & Evacuation Procedures
During severe weather or another emergency, remain calm and follow instructions from stadium security, event personnel and the public-address system. Official updates may also be posted through Riverhounds social channels.
Exchanges & Refunds
Season ticket holders may use the club’s exchange program. Refunds or exchanges are not available when a guest cannot attend through no fault of the venue.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be contacted with available options. Call 412-325-7241 with ticketing questions.
F
First Aid & Medical Services
Trained emergency medical personnel are present at many stadium events. Notify any stadium employee or security team member if assistance is needed. An AED is located in the main lobby.
F.N.B. Stadium Events
F.N.B. Stadium is available on non-match days for corporate events, seminars, weddings, receptions, holiday parties, charitable events and more. Call 412-865-GOAL, option 1.
Food & Beverage Policy
Stadium food-service areas follow established sanitation and safe-handling procedures. Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted unless required for an approved medical accommodation.

Gates Open
Stadium gates open 60 minutes before kickoff. The Tailgate Zone opens 120 minutes before kickoff.
Gates are located at the East and West ends of the stadium. Re-entry is not permitted after a guest exits.
Gate Policy & Prohibited Items
All guests are subject to security screening and bag inspection. Re-entry is not permitted.
- No outside food or beverages, containers or coolers
- No laptops, bicycles, umbrellas, helmets, fireworks or contraband
- No pets or emotional-support animals; trained service animals are permitted
- No weapons of any kind, regardless of permit
Strollers, diaper bags and medical bags are permitted after inspection.
Guest Conduct
Guests must not interfere with others’ enjoyment of the match, use abusive language, appear intoxicated, use tobacco products, enter the field, interfere with play or possess prohibited items.
Violations may result in ejection, a stadium ban or arrest.

Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at the main box office on the west end of the stadium. During non-match hours, call 412-865-GOAL, option 1.

Merchandise
Official Riverhounds merchandise is available at the team store on the west end of the stadium below club-level seating.

A mobile ticket must be displayed on a smartphone for entry. Guests who have not received their tickets may visit the box office for assistance.
Ticketmaster purchasers should use the Ticketmaster app and its Help Portal. Tickets purchased through a Riverhounds representative or the box office can be managed through the Riverhounds Account Manager.

Parking
The West Stadium Lot is located beneath the Fort Pitt Bridge, west of the stadium. Parking rates are subject to change.
- West Stadium Lot: $22 prepaid online or $25 day of event
- West Carson Lot and River Lot: event parking may be available
- Station Square Parking Garage: event parking may be available
- Additional standard-rate parking is available around Station Square
Tailgating is permitted in the West Lot within the space purchased. Grills, tents and other items may not extend more than five feet behind a parking space.

Press & Media Entrance
Credentialed media should report to the main box office on the west end of the stadium, then proceed through the main West Gate. Direct media inquiries to media@riverhounds.com.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the Club section, beneath grandstand Sections 102, 104 and 105, and on the ground floor of the main building.

Security
Security personnel and Pittsburgh Police officers are positioned throughout the stadium. All guests are subject to bag inspection and metal-detector screening at entry.
Service Animals
Trained service animals assisting a guest with a disability are welcome. Animals must remain leashed or harnessed, under control and within the guest’s seating area rather than in an aisle. Emotional-support animals are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout F.N.B. Stadium property.

Team Store
The team store is located on the west end of the stadium below club-level seating and is open during home matches.

Tobacco products of every kind, including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes, are prohibited anywhere on stadium property. Violators may be ejected.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted inside F.N.B. Stadium during Riverhounds matches.

Visiting Supporters’ Groups
Visiting supporters are generally seated in Section 101 near the East Gate. Visiting groups may bring one flag and one banner into their section; drums and flagpoles are prohibited in the grandstand.
All stadium conduct and language policies apply throughout the venue.
