Jackson Walti is entering his third season with Riverhounds SC in 2026.
In two years with the Hounds, Walti has made 64 appearances in all competitions, starting 48 of those. The holding midfielder has three goals and an assist for the Hounds, and he earned USL Championship Team of the Week honors in the penultimate week of the 2025 season.
In 2023, his first pro season, Walti began the year with Austin’s reserve side in MLS Next Pro before being loaned within the league to Colorado Rapids 2. He finished the year with 20 appearances (nine starts) and one assist between the two clubs.
Walti has been a part of a renaissance for soccer in the Pittsburgh; before winning the 2025 title with the Hounds, he first helped the University of Pittsburgh reach the NCAA College Cup semifinals for the first time, doing so in both 2020 (Spring 2021) and 2022. He finished as the school’s career leader in minutes played before being the second-round pick of Austin FC in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft.
