PITTSBURGH (April 15, 2026) — Pittsburgh Riverhounds 2 will welcome a pair of Pitt Panthers to the roster for their inaugural USL League Two season with Jack Moxom and Josh Hardin ready to join the team.
Moxom, 21, finished his junior season as a goalkeeper last fall with 55 saves for the year, while also being one of two individuals who played every minute of all 18 matches during the 2025 season, his first as the everyday starter. The Milwaukee native notched a season-best six saves against North Carolina State and California, and he posted five clean sheets on the year, including a shutout of Clemson in the ACC Tournament.
Hardin, 21, also finished his junior season as a defender, appearing in 10 matches, which included seven starts. The Seattle native also had an assist in Pitt’s 1-0 win over Quinnipiac. As a youth player, Hardin gained valuable experience in the Seattle Sounders Academy and made his First Team debut at age 15 with Tacoma Defiance in the USL Championship before coming to Pittsburgh as a top-100 national recruit.
“We are very excited to welcome these two Panthers to the Riverhounds 2 team this summer. We identified them early in the recruiting process as players that would bring high levels of quality and credibility to the program,” Riverhounds 2 head coach Josh Kremers said. “Each of them comes from high-level academies and have added a great deal of experience to their game.”
Kremers continued: “Jack brings a high level of goalkeeping experience both at academy level and collegiately. Similarly, Josh has a great technical ability and will bring a high level of attacking threat and defensive stability from the wide areas.””
