Fall 2026 INFORMATION
We will be offering an 8 week Fall Goalkeeper Academy that will begin on Monday, August 28th, 2026 and conclude on Monday, October 19th 2026. The registration for the program is now open. The program is in high demand, so please make sure you register early to secure your spot.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
The Goalkeeper Academy sessions are designed and coached by RDA GK Directors and staff. It will be an age-appropriate curriculum that will promote development in the key areas:
- Set Position
- Proper GK movement
- Catching techniques (overhand, underhand)
- Diving techniques (low, medium, high)
- Crosses (wide, intermediate, close / cut back)
- 1v1’s (Block saves / long barrier)
- Distribution
- Healthy Player to trainer ratio
1-hour sessions for the younger GK’s
1.15min sessions for the older GK’s

2013-2007 Girls and Boys – $275

U9/U10/U11/U12 Boys and Girls – 7:00pm – 8:00pm
U13/U14/U15/U16 Boys and Girls – 8:15pm – 9:30pm
Goalkeeper Speed & Strength –
Optional 30-minute Speed &Strength Training for U13 to U16 Boys and Girls before GK training
GK Speed & Strength
