Bradley Sample is entering his second season with Riverhounds SC in 2025.
As a first-year pro, Sample was a reliable option as a starter or off the bench for the Hounds, as he started 12 matches and appeared in 30. He posted four assists as a rookie, and his first pro goal was a Goal of the Week-winning header on Sept. 7 against Rhode Island.
Sample was a workhorse in the midfield for the University of Louisville, where he finished his career in 2023 second in matches played and third in minutes all-time. The Cardinals reached the NCAA Tournament four times in his career, advancing as far as the third round in 2019 with Sample as a freshman starter.
Sample posted four goals and seven assists in his college career while operating primarily as a holding midfielder for the Cardinals
