RDA Connellsville is a year-round, full-service Academy location offering competitive boys and girls teams from U8 through U19 for players throughout Fayette County and the surrounding region.

Registration for the 2026–27 tryout cycle is closed. Players who missed the scheduled dates may still contact the Academy to ask about an evaluation. Opportunities depend on age group, roster needs, and the timing of the request.
To help the staff respond quickly, include:

Grade-year age groups.
The Riverhounds Development Academy now uses a grade-year structure based on an August 1–July 31 window across all locations. The change groups players more closely with classmates and graduating classes while removing the former “trapped player” issue between U14 and U15.
Playing up remains possible when Academy leadership determines that it benefits a player’s development. Team placement continues to consider ability, developmental needs, coach evaluations, and long-term opportunity.
