PITTSBURGH (June 29, 2016) – The Pittsburgh Riverhounds announced the July 17 makeup date against the Harrisburg City Islanders will be set to kick off at 7 p.m. at Highmark Stadium. Originally set for this past April 8, the match was postponed due to anticipated extreme weather conditions throughout Western Pennsylvania.
The Hounds will begin their defense of the Keystone Derby Cup presented by the Pennsylvania Lottery and K&L Gates this Monday, July 4 at 7 p.m. In its inaugural edition last season, the Hounds defeated the Harrisburg City Islanders in three out of their four matches to secure the Keystone Cup.
Following Monday’s match as well as the July 17 date, the Hounds and City Islanders will not meet again until August 27 in the state capital for the conclusion of the event.
