The Riverhounds Development Academy is proud to announce our RDA Experience Sessions for month of April. As we move closer to our RDA Tryouts in May / June these experience sessions will be a great way to sample a session prior to tryouts. The RDA Experience sessions are open to all players regardless of club affiliation, and provides players an opportunity to come to an RDA session and experience what we offer. The premise is simple: come out and experience the RDA. A player can either jump into a session that involves current RDA players and take part, or watch from the side to take it all in. The families can also meet the coaches, check out our facilities at AHN Montour, and gain an understanding of what a typical RDA session is like by taking part or watching what we do. In addition, families can work with the RDA staff to fully understand our program and what we can offer players at the respective stages of our model. We can work with parents to provide education on the overall club and league platform that our teams take part in.
What is the RDA? You may know a family that is part of the RDA. You may have seen a tweet or two about all that is going on within the Riverhounds. But what is the RDA?
The RDA is the Riverhounds Development Academy. It is the team model of the Riverhounds Academy – the highest level offered on the youth end within Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC. Our RDA teams compete in both the Boys and Girls ECNL as well as other high-level leagues and events. We could go on, but it is best for you to experience the RDA so you can form your own opinion. Test us out, criticize us, watch our training, join in, learn with us, just experience us!
