The Pittsburgh Riverhounds are throwing back to the 80s for Pittsburgh Spirit Night on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Highmark Stadium. In what is expected to a funky-good time on the Mon, the club will honor the beloved indoor soccer team that once called the Civic Arena its home throughout the night.

- Dress in your best 80s-style and win a Pittsburgh Spirit shirt
- Pregame meet and greet with former players Paul Child, John O’Hara, Dave MacKenzie and John O’Hara
- Unofficial Spirit historian Patrick McCarthy will be present with a variety of vintage memorabilia to check out
- Special appearance by Doc and Marty McFly at the Highmark Stadium KidZone
- Dunkin’ Donuts sampling by the West End entrance
- $1 beer special running from gates open until kickoff
- Players will wear special Spirit tops during warmups that will be later signed and auctioned off with all proceeds going to Humane Animal Rescue to benefit animals affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
