PITTSBURGH (September 24, 2018) – Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC has added Bethel Park Soccer Association as its 10th Partner Club member.
Programming at Bethel Park commenced in early September with a concentrated effort on delivering technical skills to a range of players between 7 and 11 years old. With approximately 400 players registered in the association, Bethel Park continues to grow and thrive in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, offering excellent training resources and facilities to its membership.
“We as an organization are very excited and looking forward to a successful partnership with Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC,” President of Bethel Park Soccer Association Eric Lancy said. “The expertise and knowledge the Riverhounds bring is unparalleled, and the players within the Bethel Park Soccer Association will benefit throughout their soccer careers.”
In adding Bethel Park Soccer Association, the Partner Club Program now has working relationships with a large portion of youth players in the South Hills, also including athletes from Upper St. Clair and Mt. Lebanon.
“We are thrilled to add Bethel Park Soccer Association to our growing list of Partner Clubs,” Riverhounds Sporting Director Jason Kutney said. “We are focused on helping to raise the overall technical competence of young players in our area through this low-cost initiative that allows families to remain within their communities.”
Now with 10 Partner Clubs, Riverhounds SC reaches thousands of families in western Pennsylvania just one year after program inception while continuing to build out programming to become more engaging for its young players.
