PITTSBURGH (October 9, 2018) – Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (15-4-13) wraps up the 2018 regular season campaign with a two-game road swing beginning tomorrow night at Atlanta United 2 (6-17-9).
The match will mark the club’s first-ever visit to Coolray Field. The two sides have met once this year already with the Hounds prevailing 1-0 at Highmark Stadium in late April.
Pittsburgh enters the final week of the regular season with plenty left to play for, as it remains in contention for the No. 2 spot in the Eastern Conference. Trailing Louisville City FC by two points, the Hounds will likely have to win out while hoping their Kentucky counterparts drop points at home against either North Carolina or Indy this week – both teams in the thick of the playoff hunt.
