ATHLETIC FUNDAMENTALS – 2016 / 2015 / 2014 / 2013 / 2012 / 2011 / 2010 – Boys and Girls
Program Overview: Introduction to structured athletic principles. Directed training to build the foundation of speed, power, and strength via simple, low intensity bodyweight drills.
Program Objectives:
1) Prepare body (muscles, tendons, and ligaments) for more complex, higher impacts that will come with age.
2) Improve motor control, coordination, and self-awareness.
3) Develop strength through full range of motion with calisthenics.
4) Foster appreciation for process and healthy habits for sustainability.
5) Have fun!
15 Week Program – $195
The 15-week winter program will take place on Sunday mornings starting on Sunday November 3rd, 2024. The times have been offset for players that want to participate in Speed and Strength and Technical Training Academy.
U9/10 (2016 / 2015) Boys and Girls – 9:15 am – 10:00 am
U11/12 (2014 / 2013) Boys and Girls – 8:30am – 9:15 am
U13/14/15 (2012 / 2011 / 2010) Boys and Girls – 10:00 am – 10:45 am
